Information you give us: your name, email address and phone number when you submit the contact form; the floor plan you are interested in and anything you write in your message; application and screening information submitted through our resident portal, which is operated by AppFolio.

Information collected automatically: standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages visited, plus cookies used to keep the site working and to measure traffic.

How we use it

• To respond to leasing enquiries and schedule tours.
• To process rental applications and carry out tenant screening.
• To manage your tenancy, including rent payments and maintenance requests.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers working on our behalf (our property management software provider AppFolio, screening partners, payment processors), professional advisers, and government agencies where required by law.

Availability listings and the resident portal are provided by AppFolio and governed by AppFolio's own privacy practices. Map tiles on our contact page are served by Google Maps.

How long we keep it

Leasing enquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond and to meet fair-housing record-keeping requirements. Applications, leases and payment records are retained for the periods required by Washington State and federal law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and request a correction.
• Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
