My inquiry was responded to with a phone call, which I find most leasing agents do not do, so I was immediately impressed. Lauren first worked in our virtual tour then when I arrived in town we knew exactly which apartment to tour.

I had a solid experience during my 12 mo lease at the Humphrey. I loved my updated unit with the farmhouse kitchen, exposed brick, and view over the Italian courtyard and fountain.

Scott was great! He showed me around the building and was very informative about the area. I ended up getting a job in a different part of town but I would recommend checking this place out.

I am actively moving across the country and Scott, the property manager has been so helpful! He has really gone above and beyond. Can't wait to start my journey here in Seattle at the Humphery's!
